Beifang Herbs Supplier Pte Ltd ("Beifang Herbs") operates the Website located at www.beifangherbs.com (the "Site") to provide online access to information about products available from Beifang Herbs (the "Products") and to facilitate transactions for the purchase of Products (the "Online Store"). By accessing and using the Site, you and all other persons who purchase the products under your Login agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth herein (the "Agreement").

1. Registration to the Site

You shall agree to complete the registration process according to Beifang Herbs' Online Store requirements as presented on this Site. You shall provide Beifang Herbs with complete and updated information which shall include (but shall not be limited to) your legal name, address, telephone and fax numbers (optional) and e-mail address. Your username and password are referred to as your "Identification." You are solely responsible for keeping your Identification confidential. You agree that you and your authorized representatives will be the only users of your Identification, and that you will be solely responsible for all activities on the Site using your Identification.

3. Order and Delivery

3.1 Order Validation and Acceptance

When you place an order, we may verify your method of payment and delivery address before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the Site is an offer to purchase our Products. Beifang Herbs may accept your order by processing your payment and deliver the Product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by Beifang Herbs until the Product has been delivered. 3.2 Delivery

Deliveries are available in Singapore Main Island only. Depending on when your orders are received by us, you would have the following delivery schedule option:

Additional delivery charge may apply for any other special arrangement such as special timing, location, etc. Beifang Herbs shall make every effort to fulfill orders placed through the Beifang Herbs Online Store, but Beifang Herbs shall not be liable to any person if Beifang Herbs shall decline to fulfill an order for whatever reason, or if Beifang Herbs is unable to supply an order because of an unforeseen change to the Products (as the case may be), or because the Products may be unavailable.

3.3 International Orders

In addition to the Singapore, Beifang Herbs accepts international orders. All orders of international origin are exported from the Singapore in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping or freight charges and insurance will be paid by the customer. All sales are made FOB point in Singapore. 4. Pricing and Product Information

All prices on the Site are in Singapore Currency. For Singapore customers, the Good & Service Tax (GST) of 7% is applicable on all Products and service.

Beifang Herbs makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to the Products and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to Products is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to Beifang Herbs' acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a Product that affects your outstanding order with Beifang Herbs, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, Beifang Herbs will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. All prices are in Singapore dollars.

5. Payment

Beifang Herbs offers the following payment methods:

We offer Paypal, PayNow, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, C.O.D., money order, and prepaid by IB transfer. Payment must be made in the currency in Singapore Dollars.

5.2 For other International customers:

We only offer Papal, MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.

6. Exchange and Refund

All Products/Goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable except for the product proved with original defect.

7. Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, all warranties, descriptions, representations or advice given as to the fitness or suitability for any purpose, tolerance to any conditions, similarity to sample, merchantability or otherwise of the Products supplied, are expressly excluded.

No agent or representative of Beifang Herbs is authorized to make any warranties, representations or statements regarding the Products and Beifang Herbs shall not in any way be bound by any such unauthorized warranties, representations or statements.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Beifang Herbs be liable to the buyer or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages (including without limitation lost profits, lost saving, or loss of business opportunity) arising out of or relating to (I) any Product or Online Store provided or to be provided by Beifang Herbs, or the use or inability to use the same, (II) the use of or inability to use the Site, the Online Store, or the Content, (III) any transaction conducted through or facilitated by the site, (IV) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the Site, Online Store and/or the Content, (V) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmission or data, (VI) statements or conduct of any third party on the site or Online Store, or (VII) any other matter relating to the Products, the Site, the Online Store, or the Content; event if Beifang herbs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Beifang Herbs’ sole obligation and liability for product defects shall be, at Beifang Herbs’ discretion, to replace such defective product or refund to customer the amount paid by customer therefore. In no event shall Beifang Herbs’ liability exceed the buyer’s purchase price.

If you are dissatisfied with the Site, the Online Store, the Content, or with the Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site. You acknowledge, by your use of the Site, and accept that your use of the Site is at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Beifang Herbs reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified. The last date this Agreement was revised is set forth below.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
