2. International Orders

In addition to the Singapore, Beifang Herbs accepts international orders. All orders of international origin are exported from the Singapore in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping or freight charges and insurance will be paid by the customer. All sales are made FOB point in Singapore. Additional delivery charge for above domestic and international may apply for any other special arrangement such as special timing, location, etc. Beifang Herbs shall make every effort to fulfill orders placed through the Beifang Herbs Online Store, but Beifang Herbs shall not be liable to any person if Beifang Herbs shall decline to fulfill an order for whatever reason, or if Beifang Herbs is unable to supply an order because of an unforeseen change to the Products (as the case may be), or because the Products may be unavailable.
